One point to note is that coffee brewed at room temperature is quite different from the one made in the cold storage and this will produce a distinction in how much flavor you get in your coffee and how fast it will be ready. You need to fine-tune your steeping time as necessary (10-16 hours at room temperature; 16-24 hours refrigerated).
